The production range comprises rod breakdown lines, multiwire drawing lines, single-wire drawing lines, spoolers, coilers, bunching machines and stranding lines, the cable storage system NPS (Niehoff Package System), inline drawing lines, braiding and rewinding machines, galvanic wire plating lines, and inductive annealers.
The Niehoff after-sales service offers a wide range of spare parts with the "Niehoff Original+" label, the modernization of existing Niehoff machines and machine relocations.
Double twist bunching machine D 632
Maschinenfabrik Niehoff will display a D 632 type double twist bunching machine. The machine is characterized by several features making its operation very profitable for users:
– Single-bow design with energy-saving Eco-Bow: The power consumption is reduced compared with two-bows and conventional one-bow bunchers. This results in considerable savings of energy costs.
– Automatic opto-electronic NBAT system (NIEHOFF Bunching Automatic Traverse): Each spool is filled with a perfect winding pattern; there is less scrap and there are significant savings of material and operational costs.
– Adjustable and controlled wire tension, regardless of the spool filling: Each spool is perfectly filled.
- When producing strands with very tight tolerances, the machines saves additional costs. Only the minimally required copper cross-section is generated – not more!
- Strands can be payed-off tangle-free even at extremely high speeds.
Production parameters (e. g. winding tension, lay length and lay numbers) can be documented. Users of a D 632 can evidence top quality of their products.
The D 632 is the perfect choice for processing copper alloy fine wires such as CuSn0.3 into strands. Using the “Stretch Forming and Straightening technology”, the machine avoids the crowning and spiraling effect typical for wires made from copper alloys.
